Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items. Perishable food products in good condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return window & procedure
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Attach photos/videos and your order number. We will review promptly and propose a resolution.
Return conditions
- Item must remain in its original, unopened vacuum packaging (unless the defect was caused prior to opening).
- Keep your receipt / electronic confirmation.
- Upon confirming the defect, we will refund via the original payment method or offer a replacement — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not perform exchanges. For defective items, a refund or replacement is offered.
How to request a return

- Provide your order number, describe the issue, and attach photos/videos.
- Wait for a manager’s confirmation and instructions.
