Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, sign up or log in using Google, WhatsApp, or @DagimShop_Bot. Then go to the catalog, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout. You’ll receive updates at every step — confirmation, payment, and delivery.
Where can I see my order status?
You can track your order status in your account under My Orders. Status updates are sent automatically.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been packed and you haven’t received a payment request yet, you can still edit it in your account under My Orders.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
The list of cities with delivery zones and schedules is available on the delivery page (click the map markers).
On which days do you deliver?
Delivery times depend on your city. Full details are on the delivery page.
Is pickup available?
Pickup is available from our facility in Rishon LeZion by prior arrangement.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card on the site or by phone, Bit, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with payment options.
Do you issue receipts/invoices?
Yes, we issue a receipt or invoice. For business documents, please include your company details in the order comments. After payment, you can download the receipt from your account.
Products & storage
How to store and shelf life?
Store products at +0…+4 °C. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Freezing is allowed for some items (check the label).
Ingredients, allergens & kashrut
Main ingredients: fish and salt; sometimes spices. Allergen: fish. More details and kosher certification are available on the Kashrut page.
How do returns/exchanges work?

Wholesale
How to get wholesale prices?
Send a request via the Partners page. Once approved, you’ll get access to the Wholesale Prices section and can place bulk orders.
