All products are produced under continuous kosher supervision. Below is a brief overview of processes, ingredients and the certificate.
Who supervises us
Production is under ongoing supervision by kashrut inspectors. A mashgiach is present during shifts.
Each batch has its own lot number and production date. On request we provide a copy of the current certificate.

How we produce
- Only fish with fins and scales are used (per kashrut rules).
- Salt and spices are certified; no additives requiring separate supervision.
- Cold/hot smoking is done in dedicated equipment.
- Equipment and surfaces are cleaned and checked according to supervision requirements.
- Batch (lot) labeling and sample retention for traceability.
Ingredients & allergens
- Fish, salt. Some items include natural spices.
- No meat products, dairy ingredients or gelatin.
- No artificial colorants or flavor enhancers.
- Allergen: fish (entire facility). Possible traces of sesame/pepper in some items.
